Chocolate Granola

 

Walnuts, Rice Krispies, Brown Sugar, Cinoman, And Oats


Adding Chocolate, Honey, And canola oil to mixture



After Baking it.

All Done!!

                                                                 Chocolate Crunch

3 C Regular Oats
1C Rice Krispies
1/2 C Packed Brown Sugar
1/3 C Chopped Pecans
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Cinoman
1/4 C Honey
2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Ounces Bittersweet chocolate Finely Chopped
1/2 C Dried Cranberries

Preheat Oven to 300. Cover  a jelly roll pan with parchment paper. Coat parchment paper in cooking spray
Combine oats, rice krispies, brown sugar, chopped pecans, salt, and cinoman in a large bowl.
combine honey, and canola oil in small sauce pan over low heat; cook 2 minutes or until warm. Remove from heat add vanilla, and Chocolate; stir with whisk until smooth. Pour chocolate mixture over oat mixture. Lightely coat hands with cooking spray and gentely mix them together. Spread out on jelly roll pan bake at 300 for 20 minutes stiring after 10 minutes. Let it cool and add cranberries.
