Blueberry Muffin Top Bread

This is a recipe I actually got off another cooking blog, and it is delicious! It's a super moist bread with a layer of sweet cream cheese in the middle. Now it was a pretty long time since I made these but life's been pretty busy. I had my birthday about a week ago and friends from Omaha came down so I haven't really had time, sorry. If you want to see the recipe you can check it out here. Also next time I'll try to do better quality photos, oh well. Got to run, Auf Wiedersehen.

Stuffed Shells

My mom and I have started this thing were I cook dinner every so often and on Thursday ( haven't gotten to posting in a while ) I made stuffed shells. It was very fun the stuffing of the shells would have taken for ever though if it weren't for a awesome team of stuffer's! So definitely get a group for that unless you have a lot of time. And as I always say it was very easy and extremely delicious! The last week has been pretty normal, this week is going to be really hectic with valentines day and my sister's birthday. I'm very excited it's going to be a good week. that's all for now

                                                   Happy Early Valentine's Day!

Cinnaman Raisin Bread

Yesterday night my sister ( Beth)  and I made some cinnamon raisin bread. It's pretty much the easiest thing ever. We were going to have runzas but we changed the plan after we had already made the bread dough. So instead of plain old bread we decided to make of course, cinnamon raisin bread. What you do is... Take the dough roll it out and then spread butter and after that cinnamon sugar and raisins. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes and enjoy warm bread! Bye for now.

Birthday Parties

On the eighth we had a birthday party for my Dad and my Grandpa. I made their-favorite Cherry Cheesecake! It's not hard at all so I'll write down the recipe.

Cherry Cheesecake

Crust,
1 1/4 Graham Cracker
3 T. Sugar
1/4 Melted Butter

Mix in bowl set aside about 3 T. of the mixture then press into 8in. pan. Bake for 8 min. at 375.

Filling,

1 8oz. pkg Cream Cheese
1 pkg Cool Whip
1/4 White Sugar
1 t. Vanilla
 1 Can Cherries

Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in mixing bowl until well blended. Then add cool whip and fold
in slowly. When all the clumps are gone put on top of cracker crust and spread gently. Then spread the  cherries over the top. Next, take the remaining cracker crust and dust the top. Good Bye for now Enjoy!
